Breaking down in the middle of the ocean in Basilan, we found ourselves floating... EATING MANGOES!

In this raw video of our BecomingFilipino adventure in Basilan you will see Mike and I head to the Municipality of Maluso. This is an area of Basilan that is home to a few different islands, and we were hoping to explore one or two! Unfortunately as we went off... Something happened!

But saying that, I have a lot of hope that as the years go by this place will become more and more peaceful... :) ... Basilan as you will see in this video is full of many wonderful local Filipinos, just like everywhere else in this country :)
