"Nagagampanan ba ng KAPP ang Pagpapasidhi ng Nasyonalismong Pilipino sa UP?" is the fifth forum of the 2012 TWSC Public Forum Series, "Ang Tama ba sa UP, Tama rin sa Bayan?" This forum was held last 23 January 2013 at the Audio-Visual Room (PH 207), Palma Hall, College of Social Sciences and Philosophy (CSSP), University of the Philippines-Diliman. Held in celebration of CSSP's 30th anniversary, this forum dealt with CSSP's contribution to the academic study of Filipino national identity and the establishment of nationalist education in UP.

Featured speakers were Dr. Ricardo Ma. D. Nolasco, Dr. Elizabeth Protacio-De Castro, Dr. Rogelia Pe-Pua, and Dr. Neil Martial R. Santillan.
