Elton John & The Rock Of The Westies Band in Madison Square Garden August 14 & 15, 1976. The Louder Than Concorde Tour from the summer of 1976 culminated at Madison Square Garden during the week of August 8th to the 15th. Elton sold out the Garden for an unpreceded seven nights in a row. This was to be his last great hurrah before going into retirement. The footage was shot between the two nights of August 14 & 15 from the 5th row.
