Yes, a 14mm f/1.4 CAN be used for street photography. It isn't easy, but when it works, it's worth it.

I call the Sigma 14/1.4 IL MOSTRO, but I do so with appreciation and respect. I wrestled with it AND Adobe's Generative Fill (and got some incredible results) but this IS a special purpose lens not always easy to tame.
