Even in the 21st century with scientific and social advancements galore, body shaming is still prevalent in society. This leads to a Ms Sargam Dhawan Bhayana, who shares her own life experiences with body shaming which were stemmed from the very people she knew, and explains the defeating effect it had on her career, her relationships, and her mind. She also shares the steps she took to reduce the negativity she faced and to help her reject stereotypes and love herself.
Sargam Dhawan Bhayana is a young entrepreneur with a bag full of awards under her belt. She began her journey at the age of 22 to start a hair, skin, and beauty business while keeping her passion for the environment, her social consciousness, and her drive for a zero-waste policy, along with her strong value system as her driving force. She believes in innovation and has successfully launched products that appeal to Gen Z and the Millennials because of their progressive and sustainable aesthetics.

Not one to back down, she launched the ViRa Project during the COVID-19 pandemic, a service to help people find employment as well as offer grief counselling to the people who suffered extreme loss during the pandemic. Being a vocal advocate for positive body image and a firm believer in hard work and creative instincts, this is one woman to watch out for.
