Today we’re making cold brew using three different ratios, 1:6, 1:8, and 1:15. If your not clear on ratios it’s really simple and I’ll explain that here, since I didn’t do that in my other videos, looking at a 1:1 is equal parts so like 50 grams of ground coffee to 50 grams of water is equal parts by weight you can also do this by volume if you want, so our 1:8 is 75 grams of ground coffee to 600 grams of water. Anytime your brewing coffee please use filtered water, it’s not required but it’s definitely preferable! And remember everything here is up for experimentation, make what really works for you! Make the best cold brew for you!!
