Watch this video to learn "How-To" structure and shoot your videos. It is important to try to tell a story. I always include 3 to 5 primary components when shooting a marketing video:

1) Introduction - start out showing the main driveway/entrance to the property. Give the viewer the sense they are driving into the property.
2) Getting Familiar - I then carry the viewer through the property, showing the buildings and all-around "feel" of the property.
3) Moving In - I then like to top off by showing the amenities, especially the pool(s) area(s) and any other unique property features.
4) Closing - just a final shot as if leaving the community. "Pull away" shots are nice.

For the deliverable, I provide a 3 (+/-) minute video and about 10 still photos.
