Allāh ﷻ introduces the month of Ramadan as the month in which the Qur’an descended from the heavens. This is one of the most profound events in human history and the Qur’ān is the sacred speech of Allāh ﷻ. This month we can take the opportunity to inculcate behaviours which reflect the traits required in the Book of Allāh and a way of engaging with it that reflects its noble magnitude.
