This video shows you how to get your local network channels like ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX and PBS for free using an hd tv antenna tuner called the HD Homerun Connect with your AppleTV or any other media device in your home that has a screen.

There is a newer version, which I haven't confirmed but bet its a little faster (if anything it looks nicer).
