Full details of the new Mini Electric, including model range, battery size, driving range, interior, release date and more.

The second-generation electric Mini returns, but now with a platform shared with the GWM Ora (Funky Cat). The wheelbase is longer but the battery is much larger – nearly twice as big – and so is the driving range for the SE model, up from 203km to 400km+. But will it still be fun to drive?

Rivals for the Mini Cooper Electric will include the MG4, Cupra Born, Volkswagen ID3 and others.
