Surprisingly the Tesla Model 3 is worse for the environment than a normal combustion car by the time it's left the showroom, but it gets better. Thats a huge surprise! Especially as we are sold the fact that electric vehicles are better for the environment.

After the initial massive production of CO2 to make a Tesla Model 3 battery, it spends the rest of its life trying to make up for it, and I’m pleased to say it does. So how far do you have to drive before it beats a combustion car?
