In this video we take you with us on a joyride in the brand new Koenigsegg CC850 through the Swiss Alps. 1385 hp and 1385 Nm from a twin-turbo V8 make for adequate propulsion in the 1385 kg hypercar! The power goes to the rear wheels through a complicated transmission that allows for manual shifting but, if desired, can be put into automatic mode.
The car pays tribute to Koenigsegg's first production car, the CC8S, taking design cues from the timeless Competition Coupes. Built for the 20th anniversary of the CC8S and Christian von Koenigsegg's 50th birthday the car is limited to only 70 units!
