Is the new DJI Mini 2SE a better choice than the DJI Mini 2 as a starting drone? What are the differences?

In this video, I test the DJI Mini 2 resolution and I outline the main differences between DJI's 2 fantastic Mini 2 drones. There are only 2 differences:
1 - The price
2 - The camera
Does the slightly lower resolution/bitrate camera on the new DJI Mini 2SE make it a good buy instead of the DJI Mini 2?

I compare the different camera resolutions in the DJI Mini 2:
* 4K @ 30fps
* 2.7K @ 30fps
* 2.7K @ 60fps
