The Sunshine Coast is widely recognised for its distinct architectural heritage, style and experience.

Joined by Chair of Sunshine Coast Open House, Lindsay Clare and special guests Peter Hyatt, John Mainwaring, Lindy Atkin and Dan Sparks, the Sunshine Coast Open House 2023 Forum event reflects on the story of Sunshine Coast architecture.

Sunshine Coast Open House is a free community event, which provides visitors with the rare opportunity to tour architecturally diverse, well-designed, sustainable and historic buildings across the region. The fifth annual Sunshine Coast Open House was held on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 October 2023 and featured 28 historic and contemporary buildings from Caloundra to Cooran and from the beach to the Hinterland.

Sunshine Coast Open House is part of the Open House Worldwide network, founded by Open House London in 1992 and now in 45+ cities around the world.
