If there are more than 1 user account, then you'd see 1 folder for each user. In this example, "newname" after Profile- is the Windows username.

Go to the latest version number. In this example, it's 24.0. But, it could be later than the version that you've already backed up. For example, 30.0. And find your profile's folder. This folder contains all your Layout, Settings & Keyboard shortcuts, sequence presets. Copy the Profile-User's folder.

IMPORTANT: It doesn't matter what's your username. You could still restore the Premiere Pro settings or simply share your settings with other users on a different or same computer!

Hold Ctrl key, & drag & drop to duplicate the profile folder prior to replacing it.
