Deputy Clyde Kerr was one of the good ones. He loved his job and loved his community but he could no longer be complacent and felt the only course of action he could take to raise awareness and make significant change was taking his own life hours after his last shift in front of the Sheriff's department he had worked at for 30 years. He became a martyr for a cause bigger than him. His life mattered. Let's make sure that his final wishes and life wasn't sacrificed in vain. "I hope y'all do something with that."
RIP Deputy Kerr. Your life and sacrifice won't be forgotten.
