Today I am going to share with you a highprotein chocolate balls, they very easy to make and taste good

Ingredients:-
Mixed nuts 1 cup
Dates 1 cup
Peanut butter 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder 1/3rd cup


To make it we need 1 cup of mixed nuts you can use almond flour as well I f you want to
Grind the mixed nuts then add 1 cup of dates and grind them then addd peanut butter and coco powder you can addd sugar or honey if you want to make them more sweeter make a paste and make small medium size balls with your hands I
You can coat them with crushed coconuts ,crushed nuts or coco powder or use them as it is .... put them in the fridge to retain their shape .
