Back in 2020, one week into the pandemic, I released an entirely bodyweight program that changed my life forever and the lives of thousands of other people…

Maybe you tried it? It was called Elements.

To this date it has been my most successful program both in sales but also in results.

Why?

Well probably because it was very affordable (it was $10 for the pdf version and later for $35 on the app)

But also because it allowed many people to begin to explore and experience their own body…for the first time in a long time.

And whilst Elements is still a great program, and one I very much believe in, I’ve learned a great deal about the mind and the body in these last few years.

More integration, more balance, more complex movement patterns…

But also I’ve come to appreciate even more, the power of the simple things.

Breathing.
Walking.

Pushups.

These are the things that matter.

But after 3 years there were some things that I wanted to add, or change to elements…

So rather than updating Elements and fixing something that ain’t broken, I decide to release a sequel.

One that sticks by those same fundamental principles of balance and simplicity…
