A group of experts is suggesting Pennsylvania can improve security around the state’s voting machines. The state House speaker wants to let qualified residents register at polling places on the day of elections and to permit two weeks of advance voting. Protesters are once again calling for state treasurer Stacy Garrity to stop using tax dollars to buy Israel bonds and for the United States to stop providing aid for the country. Kenny Pickett is ready for a fresh start in Philadelphia. Protesters aren't happy with the West Shore School District's decision to hold a closed door meeting with the conservative law firm the Independence Law Center. A school district in Adams County is moving to add a fourth police officer to its ranks this spring. An information session is set for Thursday in Lancaster County on a proposed $2.5 billion dam and power turbine on the Susquehanna River.
