CHA PACE provides health care and other support for adults 55 and older who want to continue living at home. We are part of the national Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). With PACE, you get great doctors, rides to medical visits, medications and more – the things you need to live safely in the community. PACE also covers all the costs of care. You won’t worry about co-pays, pharmacy costs or other costs that may cause financial stress. Our team is here for you.
