Rape, murder, robbery, warfare etc is happening even though Allah Almighty says He is Most Merciful, Most Kind.

We can never blame Allah or question His Divine Attributes when we as human beings commit crimes.

When a crime is committed, we have failed. We need to make sure it is dealt with and the punishment served is a deterrent for others.
