Ingredients:

Buckwheat flour – 1 cup
Coconut sugar – Β½ cup
Coconut oil – 1/3 cup
Water – 2 tbsp
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Salt – Β½ tsp
Baking soda – Β½ tsp
Apple cider vinegar – 1 tsp
Dark chocolate chips – Β½ cup

Process:

Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Take a tablespoon of mixture and shape into a cookie.
