The luxury of living in Los Angeles is that you have access to the city landscapes and the vast outdoors. The city of angels is surrounded by beach waves, high mountain peaks, and hot desert sands. I decided to take advantage of this by heading to Joshua Tree National Park for the weekend. Spent the night in my 4Runner, took some astrophotography, and went off-roading in Berdoo Canyon. It is a 24-mile point-to-point trail and is rated 'moderate' on AllTrails.
