Akron, Officer Ryan Westlake was rehired after a negotiation between the city, the police department, and the local police union.

This latest incident happens on April 1st. Westlake was responding to a call of someone pointing a gun at homes.

Within seconds of Westlake encountering 15-year-old Tavion Koonce-Williams, Westlake fired a single shot, hitting the teen in the hand.
