This video chronicles the good, bad, and ugly of my experience installing Tusk a pannier rack kit, including the side and top racks, on a 2022 KLX300 Dual Sport. Because the kit contained incorrect and missing parts, customer support at Rocky Mountain ATV (the owner and manufacturer of the Tusk brand) also became part of my installation experience and review. Spoiler alert...the installation was a breeze once I had the correct hardware, and the rack itself is solid, but RMATV's quality control and customer support (especially) were huge fails. I hope RMATV can fix their processes, because they have a lot to offer!
