I had a fun night, (5/2/24), at Auri's Open Mic at Cameron's Inn down in Half Moon Bay. There was an almost full sign up list and as usual Ken Voorheis did a real good job running things and providing us with the great sound that makes it so easy to sing and play. I decided to perform all originals this week and started off my set with the lead off and title song from my 2nd CD, 'Midnight Flight' and then into my minor key song about obsession, 'Taste Of Candy'. (I love those kind of songs) I ended my set with a song that I was asked to write for a PSA for a group out of Chico, Ca. called YWAM, youth with a mission. They're a Christian organization dedicated to getting homeless kids off of the streets, 'These Times Ain't Easy'. The response I got to the songs from that very supportive Auri's crowd always makes performing there such a treat and so much fun. I will be back
