What does lady beetle larva look like

Lady beetle larvae are dark and alligator-like with three pairs of prominent legs. Depending on the species and availability of prey, larvae grow from less than 1 mm (1/25") to about 1 cm (3/8") in length, typically through four larval instars, over a 20 to 30 day period.
