It aims to show how friends and family can play a key role in spotting the signs of domestic abuse. We know that 1 in 4 women and around 1 in 7 men in England and Wales will experience some form of domestic abuse in their lifetime, and today our women will be sharing their own personal stories, raising awareness of the issue and advising how you can help a loved one you suspect may be in trouble.
