Hey guys welcome to a brand new video. Today we will be taking a look at 2 very stylish airplanes. This will be our first time featuring both aircraft in this video on the channel. Our first aircraft is the Cessna TTx. The next aircraft is the The Cirrus SR22T.

Lets start by taking a short look at the history of the Cessna TTx. The aircraft actually was not originally built by Cessna Aircraft It was actually built by Columbia Aircraft and sold as the Columbia 400. Then Cessna eventually bought Columbia Aircraft and the aircraft became the Cessna 400 with was sold as the Cessna 400 TT Corvalis. Then finally in 2011 Cessna announced that an upgraded model of the aircraft with more advanced avionics and interior. The model would be called the Cessna TTx Model T240 which is the most recent model that we are comparing today. Sadly the aircraft was only manufactured up to 2018 when Cessna announced that production would be ending. The good news for those of you that would still be interested in purchasing the aircraft there is a really good used market for the aircraft when you include all the older names of the aircraft that I mentioned. Cessna says that they designed the aircraft around the pilot. They partnered ergonomics with technology with the intention to have a comfortable yet powerful experience of flight. The Cessna TTx was made with a stronger, lighter all composite wing and body that would provide incredible stability, durability and strength. All this partnered with High-Speed Fairing that we designing aerodynamically for maintenance simplicity and minimal drag.

Now onto our next aircraft which is still produced to this day. The SR22T or Turbo. One of the main things Cirrus has always been able to do is seamlessly integrate style, luxury, technology and convenience across all of its aircraft and the Cirrus SR22T is no different. The aircraft has also always been known as the "plane with the parachute" and that seems to be one of the top things that set the aircraft apart from others in both wow factor and safety. I'll admit I'd be comfortable flying in just about any aircraft but there is no doubt having a parachute makes it a lot easier! BUT in additional to that the aircraft features more impressive safety features such as STALL & SPIN PROTECTION. Its called ESP short for Electronic Stability & Protection system. If the aircraft has unusual flight attitudes whether or not the autopilot is engaged the system passively corrects them without feeling as though you, the pilot, lost control.

The flight deck of the Cirrus SR22T features Cirrus Perspective+ with Synthetic Vision, Satellite Weather, Teerrain Awareness, Climate Control, Autopilot and the famous Side Yoke configuration.
On the other hand the flight deck of the Cessna TTx features Garmin’s G2000 Avionics Suite which is an Advanced flight deck for high-performance piston aircraft. It also comes with high resolution cockpit displays. Some standard features include Automatic Flight Guidance and Control Systems, Weather, charts, traffic, terrain and Global connectivity options.
