Valentine Williamson's Spelman journey began in 2009, when she entered the gates as a bright-eyed 18-year-old from Durham, North Carolina. She was active in a number of campus and Atlanta University Center-wide organizations prior to a set of unforeseen circumstances that caused her to pause her studies.

Despite the change of course, Valentine entered the workforce, which eventually led her back to Spelman as a staff member in the Music Department for several years. She is the founder + CEO of two companies based in Atlanta, Dramantics Management, LLC, an artist management firm; and Dramantics Creative Services, an event and content production company.
