Hi everyone. I just wanted to let you know that I’m back in the hospital for tests. Following my gallbladder operation last year this seems to be some challenges to deal with. So just wanted to say hi. Let you know where I was and our videos are posted for this week so everything will be coming as usual, but I wanted to let you know I was here and thinking about you all this especially who are dealing with illness as well as diagnoses. Part of our life as we get older I think. I care about you and appreciate your support and love ♥️
