Renovation on the Common House, which we're now starting to call 'The Roost;, started back in 2022 with the switch out of the old windows and doors—and since then, we've been slowly working our way on fixing the exterior—including siding, deck, steps, and roof—and now working our way to the inside. This will be our big project for 2024, so stay tuned to how it shapes up.
