In this video I am installing the in-floor heating system and pouring a gypcrete floor. If you are unfamiliar with this type of a heating system, the tubing will have hot water pumped through it which conducts efficiently into the concrete. The result is a very even and comfortable heat. It is nice to have warm feet in the winter.

I also tackled the fiberglass insulation and vapor retarder in the ceiling. The cabin is now ready to heat and none too soon either. Winter is coming on fast.

Next week I hope to frame the interior wall framing and begin roughing in the plumbing and electrical. I also would like to make a trip to the mountains if time allows. I hope to spend a day videoing the old buildings down by the lake. I want to give you a shot preview of that project before the lake is frozen up and everything is drifted in.
