The NGC is opening its doors to the public on JULY 16th, but if you’re itching to visit and want a sneak peak of what to expect at the Rembrandt in Amsterdam exhibition, head on over to IKEA Ottawa.

Customers passing though IKEA’s showroom might be surprised to stumble upon a special Rembrandt-inspired roomset featuring dark, moody colours, velvet textures, candlesticks and art! The room features reproductions of artworks from the exhibition on view this summer.

So come see the show for yourself on Friday at the NGC, but until then, be sure to stop by the “Rembrandt Room” at Ikea for a little art break during your shopping.
