Ingredients:

2 cups Rice Flour
3/4 cup White Sugar (add 2 Tablespoons if it’s a bit bland according to your taste)
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Dry Active Yeast
1 1/2 cups Water
Tangzhong Paste


How to Make Tangzhong Paste:

1/4 cup Rice Flour
1 cup Water


*** Just a quick note, Let it cool first before removing them from the moulders. It’s easier to remove the puto.
