Renault Arkana is the first vehicle that realizes what was announced in the “Nouvelle Vague” strategy. Renault Arkana is a hybrid vehicle in style, in uses and also in engines; is a compelling proposal to win back the C segment.

By launching Arkana in Europe, Renault is revolutionizing traditional market codes: it is, in fact, the first generalist manufacturer to offer an SUV with a sporty look, a line up to now reserved for premium brand vehicles. This unprecedented and complementary offer compared to the other models in the range (Mégane, Kadjar and Scénic) is part of a rapidly growing SUV market worldwide.

With Arkana, Renault offers a model with a strong hybrid personality, which is found in both the style and the engines. Combining a raised and reassuring driver's seat, great roominess and uncompromising boot volume with a distinctive and innovative sporty style, Arkana promises a new approach to SUVs, with more emotion and dynamism.

A unique concept

With its remarkable ground clearance (199 mm), the raised and athletic body belt and generous shoulders, Arkana fits perfectly into the world of SUVs. This impression is further accentuated by the presence of the front and rear skis and wheel arch protectors. But the sloping line of the roof and the glass surface that forms a dynamic and slender curve up to the tailgate underlines the dynamism, even making Arkana enter the world of coupé SUVs.

guarantees a more thrilling and responsive driving experience, especially with the R.S. Line trim design. It also makes no compromises on safety with a maximum score of 5 stars in Euro NCAP crash tests. At the same time, it can carry several types of engines with the latest full-hybrid technology– E-TECH Hybrid 145 hp – and its 1.3 TCe micro-hybrid 12V motors, not to mention the 140 hp and 160 hp versions (as of October 2021).

Renault Arkana is available in six body colors: Pearl White, Obsidian Black, Graphite Gray, Zanzibar Blue, Passion Red and Orange Valencia (only for the RS Line version). The optional black roof makes it possible to accentuate the dynamics of the vehicle. Two types of 18 ”wheels will be available.

TRUNK:
The New Renault Arkana has a generous loading capacity with a 513-litre boot (480 litres for the ETECH Hybrid version), with a repair kit. It also features a raised floor that can be placed at the bottom
to increase the loading capacity or at the top to accommodate heavier luggage. In this configuration, the 2/3-1/3 passenger bench seat can be folded to obtain a flat floor.
