Hai... kali ini Hel buat brown butter soft cookies lagi, request suami dan anak2 karena memang sangat enak. Hel buat porsi 2x lipat sekalian buat stok di kulkas jadi tinggal dioven saat mau di konsumsi (test 1 minggu penyimpanan masih oke). Kali ini buat varian rasa biscoff dan matcha oreo.

- brown sugar 180 gr
- gula 100 gr
- telur 2 butir
- pasta vanilla 1 sdt
- terigu protein sedang 400 gr
- baking soda 1 sdt
- garam 1 sdt
- dcc / chocochip 200 gr (bagi 2 untuk masing2 rasa 100 gr)
- oreo 50 gr
- biscoff 50 gr
