Four Stroke Aero engine Conversion using ATV V-Twin with fuel injection from Hisun Massimo ATV with Ace Aviation redrive
Chasing hesitation issue and lean mixture, turns out inbuilt regulator inside the VW filter was failing, causing low system pressure. Added a £17 Fuel Pressure Regulator to return side set to 3 Bar, now response perfect. Wide Open Throttle power unchanged, reduction ratio altered to 2.36:1 to access further up power band.
