This house appraised for over $200,000. The current housing market is HOT, take advantage and increase home value by adding a closet to a room. This house was originally a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom. However, in the 90's it was converted to a 2 bedroom (making one of the bedrooms bigger by removing a wall). Later, a dining room was added to the back of the house. To take advantage of increased marketability, I added a closet to the dining room and turned it into a bedroom (turning it back into a 3 bedroom house).
