Take a look inside our Daylesford Bakery on our Cotswolds farm, where we make all of the organic breads, pastries, cakes and biscuits that are delivered fresh into our farmshops every morning.

Our products are made by hand wherever possible, we use machines to mix the dough but everything is then shaped, decanted, filled, cut and dipped by our team of talented bakers.

Our recipes are led by the seasons and we use as much produce from the farm’s Market Garden as we can. We make seasonal jams throughout the year - rhubarb in the spring, strawberry in the summer and tomato chilli in the autumn. Our beetroot bread is also inspired by the garden. It’s got a delicious earthy flavour and comes out of the oven a vivid pink colour.
