IMPORTANT: Turns out the Flaring tool I used is for the SAE style flares, not the ISO style flares. Which means this video is not correct. I will put together another video talking about this and showing the correct flaring tool. But please if you are doing this job make sure you are using an ISO bubble flare tool not SAE.
