YNW Melly is going to trial again. San Diego Criminal Defense Attorney Jamahl C. Kersey gives his thoughts on YNW Melly's case scheduled for trial for a 2nd time. YNW Melly has been accused of a double homicide. He's alleged to have killed two of his friends. The first trial resulted in a hung jury, and therefore was a mistrial. The District Attorney opted to the the case to trial for a second time.
