Today we jump into the rebuild and regear of the Dana 60 for my Suburban. I am a huge fan of these axles for their simplicity, strength, aftermarket support, parts availability and longevity.

It is really satisfying to be finishing up this axle considering the state of decay and disrepair it was in when I got my hands on it!
