[About Front Loaded Horns]

Front-loaded horns are loaded at the narrowest part (throat) and amplify the mid and high frequencies with a horn that gradually widens.
The 211 is a combination type enclosure with bass reflex for low frequencies.

The horn section is not made of thin bent plywood, but is formed into a single sheet by pressing and laminating plywood.
The high rigidity of the horn produces a high pitched sound when struck, and the density of the material is uniform.
This feature leads to suppression of excess resonance and overtones, resulting in excellent acoustic characteristics.
