The VW ID.4 is an all-electric SUV, with the 1st Edition being powered by a ~200hp electric motor, powering the rear wheels via axles (versus hub mounted motors). Professional driver Tanner Foust and Volkswagen USA partnered with Rhys Millen Racing to prep this factory original 1st Edition for the challenge of the NORRA Mexico 1000 Race. This video is a full on nerd look at what was changed and what stayed the same.
