Welcome to the beautiful grand lobby. To the left, is the Registration and Check in area. With over 1,500 guestrooms, and a world class conference center, they have plenty of staff to cater to your needs.

In the lobby, there’s an ATM and kiosks that give helpful information about the hotel.
To the right is the Concierge Desk and signs to the Ballrooms and Meeting Rooms.

Take note that elevators to Floors 4 thru 10 are separate from the elevators exclusive to floors 11 thru 14.

In this corner, you’ll find a magnificent fireplace and a cozy seating area.

Now let’s explore more of this expansive Spanish revival style lobby. As you keep walking towards the center, you’ll notice a cage where the Shingle Creek Zebra Finch Family calls home.

To the right, indulge in delicious Italian cuisine at Cala Bella Italian Restaurant complete with a grand piano and a bar. Cala Bella also offers outdoor seating and stunning views of the sparkling pools below.

Stepping onto the wide balcony, you’ll see the massive Café Osceola on the ground floor serving a freshly prepared breakfast buffet daily from 6:30 to 11 a.m. as well as an a la carte menu. The ambience is complemented by the magnificent floor to ceiling views and elegant décor.

Throughout the lobby, you’ll find plenty of seating for relaxing or meeting up with friends or colleagues.

Speaking of relaxation, the Spa and Fitness Center are easily accessible here in the lobby. Follow the signs to the entrance of Spa Shingle Creek where you can enjoy massage services, body & facial treatments, salon services, and even a whirlpool for the ultimate pampering.

Just downstairs from the spa, you will find the well-equipped gym with multiple machines and equipment. Ask an associate about their Fitness Center Fees.

For the younger guests, they have a fun arcade that’s perfect for kids of all ages.

It’s time to head down stairs to check out more amenities. Here on the ground floor you will find a sign for Cat Tails Pool Bar & Grille to the left, and Creek Ice Creamery and 18 Monroe Street Market to the right.
Enjoy outdoor seating under the shade while savoring a bite or two.

Step inside the 24-hour market offering a selection of wine, snacks, and unique Disney mugs. Water bottles on the other side, there’s sunglasses, Disney shirts, flipflops, on this side, more Disney merch.

You’ll find select seating inside the market and over here at the end is their ice cream shop featuring sweet delights. There’s Gelato flavors and other mouth-watering ice cream treats.

Here’s the counter to order from the market. We ordered their Loaded Fries and check this out all for $8 bucks! Delicious and definitely shareable. We also tried their chicken tenders for $8.50.

As you head back to the lobby and heading towards the conference center, take a moment to browse through their shop and more dining options.

DJ’s Boutique has a variety of men and women’s apparel, jewelry and accessories including swim and resort wear.

Need your caffeine fix? Check out Smooth Java Coffee bar serving delicious coffee drinks and pastries. They also have protein bars and other quick grab snacks. There’s seating both inside and outside.

Moving to Mi Casa Tequila Taqueria which is their little casa con sabor Mexicano offering guacamole, tacos, ensalada and fajitas prepared fresh and hand-crafted margaritas.

Headwater’s Lounge is conveniently located between the conference center and lobby; perfect for networking or mingling with friends before or after dinner.

Craving sushi? Beside the lounge is Banrai Sushi serving traditional and signature rolls.

Across Headwater’s Lounge is Tobias Burgers and Brews; the go-to place for gourmet burgers, specialty flats, craft beers and bourbon.

A Land Remember is the resort’s legendary Orlando Steakhouse serving a variety of fine cuisine located in the Golf Clubhouse. Evening resort attire recommended.
