Happy Earth Week! Eco anxiety can be daunting, and big changes need to be made, but little steps can still add up. If you have the space to save your throwing and cleaning water, it really changes how much water you use in the pottery studio!

Depending on how much throwing I am doing, I add 1-2 gallons of water to my system every two weeks or so. In the summer I source all my water from my dehumidifier, so I don't need to collect any water from a sink. I NEVER pour any water (or clay or glaze) down the sink - because I don't have one! Watch on to see what I do with the dirty water.

Do you practice anything similar to this? What sort of things do you do to add sustainability to your studio, business, or home?
