For National Apprenticeship Week this year, we’re celebrating the story of our Apprentice Vehicle Technician at Norton Way Honda, Shannon Allen.

Shannon started her apprenticeship with us a year and a half ago, and has made fantastic progress both at the Honda Institute and in our Norton Way Honda workshop!

Not only has she excelled in her apprenticeship, but Shannon has also been involved in a number of Norton Way Group’s initiatives, including visiting local schools as part of National Apprenticeship Week last year, and participating in multiple Automotive 30% Club social media campaigns.
