This basement waterproofing project by Dependable Concrete in Philadelphia transforms a damp and dingy basement into a safe and comfortable space for our client. We filled in deep holes with cement, applied tar paper and wire lathe for waterproofing, and installed 4” perforated waterproofing PVC around the perimeter. We poured a new 3” thick concrete floor with a vapor barrier and trowel finished it. We then applied two coats of ultra-white paint and prepped the floor for painting.
