When Barry Drake, a member of our VIP Club said he was sending me honey to make Guacamole Mead, I was dubious. He outright said I wouldn't like it. On the surface? I'd have to agree! But hey, he went to the trouble of sending us honey, and a recipe. So, we made GUACAMOLE MEAD!

Ingredients:
2 1/5 lbs (1.13 kg) Avocado Honey: Billsbees.com

Additions:
16 ounces (0.47 l) Cilantro Tea
4 ounces (118.29 ml) Lime Juice
